The workshop is organized by RTO Lithuania and the organizers of the Agrovizija exhibition, one of the biggest agriculture exhibitions in the Baltics. Workshop will be held in hybrid format on July 1st 11:30 AM (Vilnius time).
Photonics experts say that one of the most promising and growing fields of photonics application is agriculture sector. The growing strategic importance of the agriculture sector and the new European Green Deal forces to think about new innovations and technologies that boost productivity while also help in making farming greener.
During the workshop agri-photonics experts both from industry and research will present current trends and innovations of the sector. After the presentations the experts, together with the participants will share their thoughts on how to promote the fusion of photonics and agriculture.
